Involving advanced techniques and solutions FLOWAIR, managed to decrease LEO FB fan heater production costs and weight, yet maintaining its quality. The new casing of LEO FB fan heaters is made of EPP (expanded polypropylene). Very elastic, light and solid material – resistant to bends and breaks under dynamic and static loads (e.g. if dropped down or under impact stress). This material is chemical-resistant, easy to clean, it absorbs heat, noise and vibrations. New upgraded mounting consoles (brackets) for new air heaters. Ability to turn both sides at 170° angle makes unit guiding towards required direction even easier. Due to good-looking casing and unique design LEO FB EPP fan heaters meet high aesthetic requirements and maintain the same functions for more favorable price.

LEO FB fan heaters are designed for heating of industrial, business and other large areas. LEO FB fan heaters include a fan and heat exchanger with connection for hot water. Hot water heats up heat exchanger, fan blows the heat evenly to premises (Fig. 1). Water may be supplied from: solid fuel boiler, gas fired water heater, pellet boiler, from municipal utilities or other heating equipment.

Fast and uniform heating of premises is the key advantage of fan heaters. Such type of heating is non inertial; feeling of heat comes immediately after unit start up. Programmable controller provides considerable energy saving, yet maintaining the heat comfort.
